Description

"Create New Asset" renders a list of assets. Comparing "locale=en" with "locale=ja", locale=ja misses 2 assets:

Global Variable(s)
Solver configuration

Similarly, when accessing an empty project, you will see these 2 assets missing their labels. See EmptyProject_ja.png
