      1. Install Red Hat Decision Manager 7.3.0
      2. Upgrade to RHDM 7.3.1 by executing the following command:

      ************************************************
      $ ./apply-updates.sh /path/to/jboss-eap-7.2/standalone/deployments/decision-central.war rhdm-decision-central-eap7-deployable
      ************************************************
      3. Start upgraded server instance;
      4. The server won't start and the following error will be in the log file:

      ERROR [org.jboss.as.controller.management-operation] (Controller Boot Thread) WFLYCTL0013: Operation ("add") failed - address: ([("system-property" => "org.kie.workbench.profile")]) - failure description: "WFLYCTL0212: Duplicate resource [(\"system-property\" => \"org.kie.workbench.profile\")]"

    Description

      The upgrade tool will add new property `org.kie.workbench.profile` although one already exists in the configuration file and because of this server will not start.
