[DMN Designer] Scroll Bars are not updated when keyboard is used for navigation

    Description

      When a DMN expression grid exceeds the canvas there are scroll bars available for user. However the issue is the scroll bars are not updated if the keyboard is used for navigation between cells. See the attached video.
