Quick changes to display non-middleware content on community page

The current community page is too middleware focused. We need to make this better ASAP. This compromise was approved:

1) Replace the featured area (currently loaded by JS) with a hard coded version. This allows us to add non-middleware projects...
2) Replace Drools and Tools with Fedora and 'Openshift Commons'.
3) Remove the download buttons from all three featured items
4) Link each featured item directly to the upstream project page
5) Remove the "All projects" header as the list is not "all projects", just middleware.

See attached screenshot for my mockup. Note that I've not changed the featured projects in the mockup.

From visual design we need images for "Fedora" and "Openshift Commons".
