      Reproducible on Kie server:

      • Create new container.
      • Update container's release id to not existing one.

    Description

      Request to backport the fix from DROOLS-1562 to 6.5.x to address this NPE:

      java.lang.NullPointerException
	at org.drools.compiler.kie.util.ChangeSetBuilder.build(ChangeSetBuilder.java:56)
	at org.drools.compiler.kie.builder.impl.KieContainerImpl.update(KieContainerImpl.java:230)
	at org.drools.compiler.kie.builder.impl.KieContainerImpl.updateToVersion(KieContainerImpl.java:196)
