      Description of problem:
      This is a continuation of bug 995051.

      Replace old style validation with the new style, using GWT-Bootstrap (as in New Repository popup).

      Old style validation can be found in the Guided Decision Table Wizard at the very least - haven't found it elsewhere yet.
