[6.5.x] Cannot send email notifications for users defined in properties file

      Download and install EAP 6.4.20.
      Download and install Kie server 6.4.11 CR1
      Configure Mail resource to point to SMTP server.
      Set system property org.jbpm.ht.userinfo to props
      Set system property jbpm.user.info.properties to file with user info.
      Set system property org.kie.mail.session to JNDI for Mail resource.
      Start EAP, deploy a process with escalation into the Kie server and start the process, wait for escalation.

      The issue can be reproduced in Kie server.
      In case user informations (with Email addresses) are defined using properties file then escalation emails are not sent, server log shows this error:

      ERROR [org.jbpm.services.task.deadlines.notifications.impl.email.EmailNotificationListener] (EJB default - 10) Unable to send email notification due to No EMail address found for Administrator

      This behaviour is a regression as mentioned functionality worked correctly in Kie server 6.4.10.
      The issue can be reproduced using UserTaskEscalationIntegrationTest. Complete server log is attached.
      The issue can be reproduced in upstream using branch 6.5.x with the test above running on EAP 6.4.
