      The reassignment configuration is also displayed in "I/O Parameters" tab. In this tab, you can edit the configuration without the whitespace restriction:

      1. Select "I/O Parameters" tab of the Task
      2. Click the reassignment configuration in "Input Data Mapping" and press Edit button (pencil icon)
      3. You can freely edit the configuration in "Expression". See attached reassignment-IOParam.png.

      With the steps, you can use a group name with whitespaces as well as process variable expressions #

      {xxx}

      .

    Description

      Groups field of task reassignment section in JBDS didnt allow group name which contains spece. It shows a group name invalid error when I enter, for example, G - TestGroup. Also it does not allows using whitespaces or starting the group name by a number, for example:
      ~~~
      "1-TestGroup"
      or
      "G - TestGroup"
      ~~~
      It shows validation error even if try to assign group value at runtime using process variables #
