Define Signal Event Definition for the Start Event

Save the process

Remove the Signal Event Definition from Start Event

There will be still sign of Signal on the Start Event

Reopen the process and the Signal sign disappear

Description

If the Event Definition is removed from Start Event the UI is not refreshed and the Start Event graphical representation still show presence of some Event Definition. After reopening of the process the start event is rendered correctly.
