Not able to open BP without browser refresh

      1. Try to close process and open it again
      2. Click F5 button on you keyboard, and try to open it again

      1. Create process A, make any changes and save it
      2. Click Latest Version and open first Version of a process
      3. Rename process to B
      4. Create copy of process B with name C by "Copy" button
      5. Try to open process C

      Actual Result:
      Infinite loop of Designer reloading

      Expected Result:
      You can open process without any problem

    Description

      If you Open one of the older version of project, rename it and make a copy of a BP you not able to open new BP. (See attachment and Steps to reproduce). In 6.3.0.GA it works as expected.
