Description of problem:
org.drools.core.rule.Package.getTypeDeclarations() and org.drools.core.rule.Package.getFactTypes() its not listing facts inside package

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
6.0.3

How reproducible:
Create a project in BPMS;
Create fact using Data Modeler;
Execute JUnit BPMSTest attach class.

Actual results:
HashMap its empty

Expected results:
HashMap has all class inside package
