      Description

There is a problem exist with resolving default component properties values in Mojarra (https://javaserverfaces.dev.java.net/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=1805) and MYFACES (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MYFACES-2915) when value is set to null via EL expression.

Proposal: Seems we should try to create workaround on CDK level.
