        The table is displayed fine in FireFox 2 but it is reproduced in both IE 6 and 7 for the following code:
        <rich:dataTable id="myDataTable" value="#

        {listBean.capitals}

        "
        var="capitals">
        <rich:column>
        <h:outputText value="#

        {capitals.stateFlag}

        "></h:outputText>
        </rich:column>
        <rich:column>
        <h:outputText value="#

        {capitals.capitalName}

        "></h:outputText>
        </rich:column>
