Upgrade jQuery to latest version

          As for http://jquery.com/, the latest version available is 1.6.2. Consider upgrading jQuery to that version.

                Upgrade jQuery to version 1.6.2 on the git branch feature/jquery:
                https://github.com/richfaces/core/tree/feature/jquery

                Preliminary check of the Richfaces showcase looks positive.

                QE please look to see if there are any critical/blocker issues that need to be resolved before merging the branch.
                ("Normal" issues should be addressed on the main develop branch)

                I cannot build it locally because a failing test org.richfaces.javascript.QUnitTest.test in impl submodule.

                Sorry Pavol, I missed that. I've committed a fix to richfaces.js to correct the test failure.

                Thanks Brian for fixing it. However, there other 2 failures in components/output/ui module.

                1. build core (branch feature/jquery)
                2. build cdk (branch develop)
                3. build components (branch develop)

                Results :

                Tests in error:
                testServerClick(org.richfaces.renderkit.html.DropDownMenuRendererTest)
                testServerClick(org.richfaces.renderkit.html.MenuItemRendererTest)

                Tests run: 43, Failures: 0, Errors: 2, Skipped: 1

                Brian, I found only one problem with jQuery 1.6.2: sorting using component control in rich:dataTable and rich:extendedDataTable doesn't work, can be reproduced in Metamer on page http://localhost:8080/metamer/faces/components/richDataTable/sorting-using-component-control.xhtml
