Provide a module for Bean Validation 2.0 support

    Description

      We currently have a resteasy-validator-provider-11 module, we should create a resteasy-validator-provider-20 module based on Bean Validation 2.0 and Hibernate Validator 6.0.x.

      The only thing that needs fixing is that ConstraintTypeUtil11 should take into account container elements e.g. remove the potential container element nodes to get to the property/parameter/whatever.
