GenericTypeMultipartTest transient failures

GenericTypeMultipartTest erroneously relies on ResteasyProviderFactory.getInstance() on client side fetching the provider factory that's created for serving its deployment, which has the test provider it needs. This is a fragile approach that leads to transient failures.
