Allow to override redirectTestOutputToFile attribute of surefire plugin in testsuite

Allow to override redirectTestOutputToFile attribute of surefire plugin in testsuite.

This attribute is false by default. If value of this attribute is true in pom, it can't be override by -Dmaven.test.redirectTestOutputToFile=<property>.
