      Description

      See: http://cfmlblog.adamcameron.me/2014/08/railo-cfc-based-custom-tags.html#onFinally

"onFinally()" makes no sense:it is not an event handler.

I recommend deprecating it in favour of finally(), which has an already-set precedent in try/catch/finally.
