      add BIF that when called saves a Heap Dump to a file

          after thinking about this, i think this should be part of the cfadmin tag, the reason for this is, the resulting heap dump contains information about every web context running, so you are able to get information from other web contextes than your own.
          of course you can argue that this is also possible with calling the native code, but this can be disabled with the setting "Direct Java access" in the railo server admin at Security/Access.
          so i think we should at the action "heapDump" to cfadmin:
          <cfadmin type="server" password="server-password" action="heapDump" destination="/.../...prof">
