SP SAML Handler to put IDP Assertion Into Http Session

When IDP sends SAML Assertion over to the SP, the SP handlers process the assertion and construct a local subject. But now if the SP needs to make a remote WS call or something, the WS call does not have access to the SAML assertion.

We need a SP SAML handler that takes the assertion and puts it on the Http Session.
