Description

Add a UI to test and demo the functionality of SolverManager. Functionality includes:

Multitenancy: Submit many task assigning problems (10-20 tenants)
Switch between tenants (combobox/drop down menu)
Solve button: solve a tenant (5 minutes by default)
Generated data already loaded
Show task assignment schedule
Persistence: with loading data on startup
Best solution events in the UI: update schedule as new best solutions arrive
