openshift-java-client: get rid of typed application classes and interfaces

In the client library we still have old (legacy) application types and interfaces:

• IPHPApplication
• IPythonApplication
• IPerlApplication
• IRawApplication
  etc.

• JenkinsApplication
• JBossASApplication
• RubyApplication

Afaik there were created in the legacy client and ported over to the new REST client. They're not used in the new REST client and a bad design idea anyhow. We should simply get rid of them.
