Archetypes don't contain configuration/settings.xml

While the quickstarts git repos referenced in templates do contain configuration/settings.xml , the archetypes do not.

While that is generally OK, as the archetypes are primarily made with the f-m-p usage in mind, this breaks the workflow if the user starts with the archetype and then wants to use s2i source builds later.
