[fabric8-maven-plugin] fabric8:clean to clean namespace

It might be beneficial for the developers to have a command that could clean whole namespace of existing resources and delete all the created resources. Instead of calling oc delete project and oc new-project. E.g. when you try to hack on different quickstarts reusing the same namespace over and over.
