f-m-p in openshift mode s2i strategy should use ImageStreamTag instead of DockerImage

      Description

      f-m-p currently generates BuildConfig with

      strategy:
      		 
            sourceStrategy:
      		 
              from:
      		 
                kind: DockerImage
      		 
                name: fabric8/s2i-java
      		 
            type: Source

      it should instead point to an ImageStreamTag, so that the specific FIS image/tag used in builds can be centrally managed in OpenShift.
