karaf-camel-amq template should have parameter to configure A-MQ service name

The CE's template for AMQ deployments uses suffix for every transport type to distinguish[1]. There should be configurable parameter for setting service name as env param "A_MQ_SERVICE_NAME".

For the upcoming release it'd better to release note adding such parameter to tempalte.
