quickstart to show how to customize karaf logging levels

      It would be nice to have an example of how to customize files in karaf etc/ distribution (e.g. to edit logging levels in org.ops4j.pax.logging.cfg ).

      The described way should work with both fabric8 (docker plugin) and s2i workflows.
