Support old HF URLs for renamed articles

Renaming article automatically changes human friendly URL, but thats not the way its supposed to be done.

Most content management systems have option to override the HF URL and after its created once, its never automatically updated. Simple change in an article name (so its better searchable) breaks all existing HF links.
