Counting downloads hosted at jboss.org

A new method is required to count downloads hosted at jboss.org. This should be based on information available from the Apache Web Server access logs (the best configuration of which is to be determined). Ideally we should be able to count partial as well as complete downloads and identify how many unique IP addresses make downloads each month.
