Community reminder on downloads page is positioned incorrectly in IE

The following dialog: "Community projects represent the latest development releases and are not supported." is incorrectly positioned so that sometimes its contents is not visible at all.
To reproduce:

1. Navigate to http://www.jboss.org/richfaces/download/milestones.html
2. Resize browser window to 1280x1024
3. Scroll the page down until the end
4. Press themes-3.3.3.BETA1.jar
