Create a hot deployment subspace under the JBoss AS space

Hot deployment is a hot issue for developers. And it's paramount to productivity. It's also a very complex issue, as it has many layers (think of an onion). Therefore, we need a dedicated space to discuss tools, techniques and experiences. The placement under the JBoss AS space is strategic in hopes that the hot deployment well supported in AS (with special hooks as needed).
