Blog URL is changed when a blog post is modified.

It's often useful to update a blog post with new information. Unfortunately, in SBS when a blog post is updated and re-published, the URL changes to include the date of publish. This is a problem because it breaks any links to the old URL.

The URL of the blog post should stay the same and include the date on which it was originally published, instead of the date of most recent publish.
