Add feed title & post author to /blogs/feeds/posts

The SBS aggregted blog posts feed lacks 2 bits of metadata:

1. The feed title which is currently "Jive SBS Syndication Feed"

2. The author's real name for each syndicated post which is currently "do-not-reply@jboss.org"

I suspect this might be resolved completely as part of ORG-536 but I don't see it called out explicitly.
