Avoid email notifications from sub-spaces

Email notifications for a space include sub-space. Maybe we want to prevent this and instead have the user explicitly say which spaces (including sub-spaces) they want to receive notifications from. This would match what we had before in JBoss Nukes. (We could possibly have it as a checkbox so that people could choose.)
