Issue spam / bot attack on AMQDOC project

In the AMQDOC project we have experienced "Issue spam". That is, somebody (or bot) has created a series of bogus Jira issues containing spam. E.g. See the following board:

The issues AMQDOC-24 through AMQDOC-33 are spam. Can you block the accounts of the users who created them?
