Migrate data from dcp to dcp2 and reindex them

Details

    Description

      1. Stop all EAP instances and ES cluster on dcp and dcp2
      2. Create a dump of searchisko db from dcp1
      3. Start dcp1 EAP instances
      4. Import DB to dcp2 DB
      5. Start dcp2
      6. Do any necessary step to make dcp2 working
