Create custom repository for BRMS/BPM Suite team

We would like to have an internal repository for our BRMS/BPM Suite (Drools+jBPM) testing builds/artifacts. It seems that non-public repository is the best choice, because the artifacts there will be used just for our internal testing and should not be used by users/customers.

As discussed with dhladky@redhat.com we would like to have anonymous access into the repo, but only for people having the actual repo URL. So the artifacts from the repo should not be available as part of the search and the repository itself should not be listed on the repository.jboss.org/nexus.
