search.jspa does not allow users to scroll down in https://developer.jboss.org

• When a user searches some thing in the https://developer.jboss.org using the search textbox (for example searching "wildfly ssl") then even if the browser shows that there is enough present to scroll down but it does not allow to scroll down.

Example: click the following URL:
https://developer.jboss.org/search.jspa?q=wildfly+ssl

Then try to scroll down. The page does not allow to scroll down.
