Update scroll_extensions plugin for new Confluence runnig at docs.jboss.org

Update scroll_extensions plugin for new Confluence running at docs.jboss.org.
We have to upgrade all Scroll exporter plugins to latest versions as part of this task and make these extensions compatible/based on these new versions.
First we should probably look if anybody uses these extensions - they was implemented to customize scroll docbook output to match with other docbook processing tools used to produce jboss documentation, but this process maybe changed in meantime.
