Infinispan CLA must mention ASL due to the relicensing

Infinispan has been relicensed from LGPL to ASL last year.
What is the procedure, should we add the ASL to the GPL clause in the individual and corporate CLAs?

This is currently blocking a contribution from a partner as our legal working is out of sync with reality.
