Description
The public wiki should optionally allow me to place a "Table of Contents" at the start of the page, such that a summary of all headers is listed and clickable, which would take the reader to the actual header. Mediawiki does something similar.
The purpose is that large and complex documents have a readable summary at the start, and people can skip to relevant sections. It also is very handy in creating FAQ documents, where each Q could be a header and would be summarised at the start of the doc.
Display of the TOC should be optional though, since it would be of little use and in fact be more of an annoyance on certain pages with very little content/sections.
