Production HW Resources and Clustering

In order to support planned features, more content and HA we need to expand existing production Elasticsearch cluster from one node to three nodes. We will also need to clustered front-end EAP (i.e. expanding from current one server to two parallel servers). This will require decommission of servers behind existing search.jboss.org service unless Eng-Ops will manage to prepare a new HW for us.
