Add social user profile url fields into Jive

We have to add social user profile url fields into Jive for all jboss.org, github, google, linkedin, facebook and twitter and fill them automatically from linked federated accounts (as we fill usernames now in some cases).
These links will be public in user profile shown in jive.
They also have to be available over REST API so DCP can grab them into contributor profile.

Profile Field names:

• Twitter URL (already exists) - left URL suffix because this is not profile. It's page with tweets not user's profile
• Facebook Profile
• Google Profile
• LinkedIn Profile
• Github Profile
