IE11 secured mode downloads zip instead of jar

    Description

      When user downloads standalone installer from

      https://www.jboss.org/products/devstudio.html

      jar is automatically renamed to zip. This leads to massive confusion when trying to install JBDS.

      Reproducible always. Likely IE is expecting different mime type identification from server than other browsers.
