Remember me functionality for SSO Social Logins

Remember me functionality works when you use login/passphrase, but it does not work when using social logins (GitHub, Google, ..).

It means everytime you close the window, you need to go through social login again.

Let's take this real world use case:

1. open a JIRA
2. need to login to edit/comment
3. click Log In
4. click GitHub on SSO login page (taken I'm logged into and remember by GitHub)
5. you can finally edit JIRA

I have measured that the steps 3-5 takes 12 seconds on my computer (from the time I click Log In to time I'm authorized).

Remember me functionality would help to avoid repeatedly need to sign in.
