add net.sf.flatpack artifacts to JBoss Public Repository Group

currently net.sf.flatpack is only included in Fusesource Releases - 3rd Party (Internal, Oboselet). My project pom already includes JBoss Public Repository Group, so it will be convenient if net.sf.flatpack is also included in JBoss Public Repository Group, and users don't have to configure 2 repo's.
