Provide feed per author

Often, people will like a particular author and want to follow that author. It would be great if planet would provide a feed per author, that consolidates that authors activity from around the net. It should certainly provide filters by type.

Once this is available, we should provide an option to subscribe to the feed from profile on Jive.
