URL of A tag in article is not correctly generated

When an article contains A tags with absolute URL like:
<a href="http://www.jboss.org/community/docs/DOC-11632">
then generated page of this article doesn't contains this absolute URL but contains relative URL:
<a href="/docs/DOC-11632">
and of course it's not correct. At least it miss /community context.

http://www.jboss.org/community/docs/DOC-10692
