Popup menus in Nexus do not work

I found an issue after upgrade from 2.2.1 to 2.3.0-04. When I login into Nexus as a user, I have to close web browser in order to logout. The problem is if I click on the arrow (that used to open Profile and Logout options on 2.2.1), on 2.3.0-04 it turns the whole web page to black area (with no buttons nor text displayed on Firefox) or black page with Profile and Logout buttons (but no other text) in the lower right corner of the page in Chrome.

I have cca two week old 2.4 snapshot compiled from GitHub source codes (community version) and it does not have this problem.
