New Account creation improvements

Suggested design improvements for new account creation process of jboss.org:

• Combine the "Enter e-mail" and "Create account" pages so the user fills this out all at once (This is 2 distinct steps today)
• Auto-log in user when they click on validation link from their e-mail - FIXED
• A few minor changes to the layout of the validation link page
